What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpet Cleaning Technician position at Lipscomb Hydra Cleaning?
The Cleaning Technician will act as Crew Chief during each cleaning to provide quality carpet and upholstery cleaning and related services. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with the customer, ensuring cleaning service satisfaction and provide information to customers about other products and services. The Cleaning Technician will also be responsible for the maintenance and inventory of company equipment and products, for instance: vehicles, cleaning tools, hoses, chemicals, etc. after use.
Always arrive to work on time, neatly dressed in required clothing.
Proven clean driving record
Must pass background checks
Able to successfully pass random drug testing
Clean carpet, tile, & upholstery in residential & commercial properties. Use industry leading equipment that make dramatic and satisfying results. Handle company vehicle, including loading/unloading before and after jobs.
Keep vehicles, and facility clean and organized.
Get to job site on time, set up the job and complete jobs in timely fashion.
Demonstrate ability to work independently or with a partner.
Desire to be trained, sales opportunities available.
Our company is not limited to carpet cleaning, we also restore properties that have been damaged by water or fire. If you have experience with the following, we will have additional work available for you. Training may be provided.
Must have car and valid drivers license.
Be willing and able to drive company vehicle to any jobs as needed (we serve the tri-state)

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
