Duties and responsibilities for this position:

Plan and conduct engaging practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Lead the team during games and tournaments, ensuring fair play and a positive, safe experience for all players.

Provide guidance and mentorship to athletes, fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment.

Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff regarding practice schedules, game details, and player progress.
