What are the responsibilities and job description for the Biology Student Worker position at Lipscomb University?
Students will be asked to assist with one or more of the following duties:
- Administrative: Assist with mail and package pickup, sorting, organizing, and storing packages
- Laboratory: Refill pipet tips, wash dishes, help prepare for labs, aliquot reagents, restock lab supplies, and assist in lab cleanup
- Recruiting: Work with the Biology Chair and Associate Chair to develop a Biology recruiting plan, create recruiting videos and materials, participate in student panels and events during recruiting events
May be eligble for Federal Work Study.
