What are the responsibilities and job description for the Educator Scholars Senior Camp Counselor (Student Worker) position at Lipscomb University?
This counselor position is for current Lipscomb undergraduate students who who are members of the Lipscomb Educator Scholars program. Counselors will serve as assistants to the camp directors for the two week Educator Scholars Camp. The Senior Camp Counselor role requires more responsibilities and is intended for a current or rising senior at Lipscomb. This camp targets area students interested in becoming teachers. Counselors will help prepare for camp, support the logistics of running camp and feeding students, supervise students as they volunteer with area elementary students, and help lead activities around college awareness and educator skill development.
