We are seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be ready to manage an existing caseload from day one, bringing their litigation expertise to our clients' cases. This position offers the opportunity to work with some of the most complex and impactful medical malpractice cases in the field.

Required Qualifications
- TRIAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED - Resumes without demonstrable trial experience will not be considered
- Minimum of 7 years of experience specifically in medical malpractice litigation
- Proven track record of success
- Outstanding research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Exceptional understanding of medical terminology and healthcare standards of care
- Strong deposition and expert witness examination experience
- Ability to manage complex litigation through trial
- Competitive Compensation Package that rewards excellence and experience
- Processing fees based on net fees earned by the firm on every case in addition to a base salary. Extra fees if case brought in by handling attorney whether referred to them by an attorney or non-attorney. Can earn more than the listed salary by bringing in cases (for any department in the firm) and doing a great job on cases provided by the firm. The sky is the limit.
