Shift: 12 hour, Night shift
Your Role
The Production Supervisor will lead the Manufacturing Operation for a shift at the Lipton Tea Manufacturing Site in Suffolk, VA. This factory produces all Lipton Tea bags for North America as well as the production of Tazo Tea bags. This position will be critical to drive performance in this high paced and cross functional environment. Team leadership and team engagement is vital to the success of this role.
Your Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 40-60 employees to drive engagement and increase performance ·

Drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity

Coach and develop the team

Drive a culture shift for high performance and collaborative teams with new high-speed equipment

Instill a safety first culture and change the mindset in regard to how we approach safety problems
Skills and Experience

Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing Supervisory experience

Excellent team leadership and communication skills

Must have the ability to manage project and project teams from inception to completion including hitting deadlines and documenting progress

Experience in High Speed Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food Manufacturing preferred
