Job Title: Senior Supply Planner

Job Status: Full-time, permanent

Your Role

The Senior Supply Planner is a key contributor to strategic supply chain planning, responsible for developing and managing supply plans that align with business objectives and ensure product availability. This role leverages SAP and Kinaxis to monitor and adjust inventory levels, optimize production schedules, and mitigate potential supply disruptions. The ideal candidate has a minimum of nine years of supply planning experience, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive efficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.



Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and implementation of robust supply plans to support demand forecasts, inventory targets, and business objectives.
• Utilize SAP and Kinaxis to manage and optimize inventory levels, production schedules, and forecasting parameters, making timely adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to synchronize supply planning with operational and customer requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve supply chain disruptions, using data insights to develop strategies that mitigate risk and ensure continuity.
• Drive supply planning process improvements, contributing to efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and agility across the supply chain.
• Produce and present in-depth reports on supply chain metrics, inventory turnover, and performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance supplier relationships, negotiating terms and delivery timelines to optimize supply chain performance.
  
  
  
  

Skills and Experience:

• 9 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Kinaxis, with a proven track record in supply chain planning and optimization.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to complex problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
