Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Lead Office Administrator for our plant in Dallas!
This opportunity is on-site daily at our Dallas Plant office. * NOT Remote*
Familiar with PO/Invoicing systems and steps required to facilitate. Requires an understanding of Billing/ Invoicing/transactions, verifying costs, and keeping track of monthly budget.
Able to multitask and manage time/ tasks efficiently.
Full Time - M-F
$23 to 24/hr (based on experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all work orders and purchase orders in compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
Obtain and process customer work orders/purchase orders for scheduled routes and emergency services.
Assist in billing, including creating invoices and matching them with completed services.
Collaborate with sales, customer service, credit and collections, and billing teams regarding accounts requiring work orders or purchase orders.
Reconcile complex customer account issues.
Communicate with customers to schedule and complete work orders.
Prepare monthly summary reports detailing account progress.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong multitasking abilities and efficient time/task management.
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
CRM System Administration experience.
Basic accounting skills (minimum 1 year).
Basic P&L accountability (minimum 1 year).
Excellent time management skills.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
Degree preferred.

We're not a typical "trucking" company. Our drivers perform service work most of the day using a vacuum attachment on their tanker. It's dirty, greasy, smelly work!
