Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Repair: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and appliances.
- Backflow Prevention: Utilize expertise in backflow prevention techniques and equipment to safeguard potable water supplies from contamination.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
