Make a Difference Through Smarter Routing
At Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES), we don’t just route trucks—we help protect communities and the environment through smart logistics. Our Routing Specialists play a vital role in ensuring that our service teams efficiently reach customer sites across the country to safely collect and transport non-hazardous liquid waste.
In this role, you’ll use your routing expertise to plan and optimize multi-stop daily service routes for CDL drivers across various U.S. markets. Your decisions directly impact our ability to reduce emissions, maximize fuel efficiency, and ensure critical environmental services are delivered safely and on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want your logistics skills to make a real-world difference, we’d love to have you on board.
What You’ll Do
- Design and adjust multi-stop daily service routes for CDL Class A/B drivers based on job volumes, service times, and operational needs
- Use logistics software to plan, analyze, and optimize routes that meet safety, compliance, and customer service goals
- Coordinate with Operations Managers and Dispatch teams to assign fleet assets and adapt routes in real-time
- Ensure routes are compliant with DOT Hours of Service and other regulatory requirements
- Monitor routing performance metrics and implement continuous improvements to reduce drive time, fuel use, and idle time
- Rotate through multiple U.S. service regions over time — becoming a subject-matter expert in each area as assigned
- Support LES’s mission of environmental responsibility through route designs that reduce our carbon footprint and operational waste
What You Bring
Required:

- Proven ability to create efficient multi-stop daily routes (6–12 stops per driver) with variable service durations

- Proficiency in logistics or routing software (e.g., RoadNet, Omnitracs, Verizon Connect, RouteSmart, etc.)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new geographic regions and develop route logic without relying on local familiarity
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Experience with service-based routing at a national scale
- Understanding of environmental compliance or sustainability-focused operations
