Role Overview :
The Senior Manager, Demand Planning will lead the start-up and development of a new Demand Planning team with two Analyst direct reports. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership experience with proven performance in a fast-paced start-up business environment, strong analytical capabilities, expertise in driven-based forecasting and application in supply chain and integrated business planning, background in model optimization and use of technology, and executive gravitas.
This role requires business transformation experience specific to demand planning preferably in the beverages category.
The scope of this role encompasses :
- Leading the development of our sales and depletions forecasts for our monthly Demand Review within our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process leveraging updates to drivers, assessing depletions and retail sales trends
- Analyzing sales vs forecasts to provide insights required by our weekly Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process
- Collaborating on our long-strategic planning to assess trends and key drivers for sales growth

The typical salary range for this position is : $130,000 - $150,000
