Compensation : $22 to $27 / hr
Location : 7651 Esters Blvd, Suite 200, Irving, TX
Schedule : 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday (Hybrid2 days remote, 3 in office)
Job Description :
BASIC PURPOSE : The primary responsibility of the Billing Analyst is to support the day-to-day operations within the billing department, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Assist in the preparation and processing of billing statements and invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing in accordance with established SLAs and processes.
- Respond to billing inquiries and production requests to support business needs.
- Maintain and update billing records and customer accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues.
- Assist in the implementation of new billing processes and tasks.
- Support the review and compliance controls for the billing department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
