We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to join our team and uphold our commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with USDA Organic, ISO 9001, and FDA regulations.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to CGMP guidelines.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformances and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, CGMP practices, QA/QC methodologies, and quality inspection techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE or CQM) is a plus but not mandatory.
