About the role:
The Inventory Control Analyst helps provide best in class inventory management at LIV. They oversee day to day transactions and address any discrepancies. They work with the broader supply chain/operations team to make sure any issues are addressed quickly and, most importantly, make sure those issues don’t reoccur. This role is responsible for being (or growing into) a subject matter expert on inventory control, our ERP (Dynamics) and how it handles inventory, and all of the associated costs. Ideally, all inventory discrepancies and their costing are addressed by the analyst by Month End, and they’re also responsible for the monthly recons of warehouses and the associated action plans.

The expected salary range for this position is $ 73,800 - $110,800 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for managing day to day inventory adjustments and reporting across the LIV supply chain network
- Partner with 3PLs to create and maintain best-in-class inventory practices and procedures
- Responsible for ME recons at third parties – both understanding variances and helping to drive actions to stop them from recurring in the future
- Help plan and prep yearly physicals at the 3PLs and ensure all processes are followed and audit compliant
- Own the inventory, inventory adjustment, and inventory category accuracy - minimize adjustments and surprises in all three areas
- Own the destruction process – partner with all cross-functional partners to make sure destructions are submitted, approved, and carried out quickly and correctly
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, economics, or another business-related field)
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in CPG or beverage company
- Ability to take a set of data and turn it into insights and actions
- Able to adapt and think critically under pressure in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; dependable and accurate
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and/or other data analysis/presentation toolsets
- Quick learner – not afraid of testing new programs, ways of working, or strategy. Constant seeker of untapped knowledge.
