About the role :
Liquid IV is seeking an experienced and strategic Order to Cash Transition Manager to lead the transition of insourcing customers from our broker. This role will be responsible for setting up a uniform and defensible pricing and trade terms structure across customers.
Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to :
- Lead the setup and implementation of a unified and defensible pricing and trade terms structure across customers.
- Deep dive into distributor channel and recommend additional margins to be offered, in collaboration with sales teams
- Partner with the sales teams in negotiations / communications with customers.
- Establish a framework for grouping similar customers together and comparing their trade terms
- Establish a framework to provide guidance on negotiating trade terms with new customers
- Partner with O2C MDM analyst and Trade Manager to get the pricing / trade terms defined in D365 / TPM
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Tech teams to bring recommendations to life.

The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $166,100 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
