About the role:
This role will be primarily focused on providing analytical support to the Liquid I.V.’s Mass business working in close collaboration with the Sr. Sales Director and Sales Planning Manager. This position will utilize data to analyze performance, identify insights, and provide recommendations across the Mass channel and its key customers. The Sales Analyst will also be responsible for updating existing reports and providing support in the creation of customer presentations. The role will also assist in managing, tracking, and optimizing customer marketing activities. To be successful, the person in this role will need to be a creative self-starter who is detailed orientated with a strong desire to succeed

- Analyze data from multiple sources to derive compelling, actionable insights
- Assist in the development of critical Sales initiatives, such as assortment and shelving optimization
- Support the Mass NAMs with ad-hoc projects and requests
- Maintain and share out Mass channel insights on brand, consumer, customer, and competitive data.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners on assigned projects
- Update, analyze, and recap weekly, monthly, and quarterly tracking reports, as needed
- Ability to leverage Excel, Access, vba, Python, Power-bi, to build and maintain sales dashboards.
- Knowledge of Retail Link, Supplier 1, OTIF, Nova, Sqep, High Radius, Luminate, Spirilla is needed.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent is preferred
- 3 years of experience in sales analytics, category management or consumer insights at a CPG company (or applicable experience)
- Expertise in synthesizing data to derive insights and provide actionable business recommendations
- Advanced knowledge of syndicated data and applications such as IRI, Neilsen or SPINS
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-Starter who is creative, yet has strong analytic skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Salary : $73,800 - $110,800
