About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Office Support Assistant to assist our team with various tasks contributing to a smooth and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities
- General Administrative Support: assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents, maintain a clean and organized office environment, provide general support to team members as needed.
- Errand Management: run errands as needed, including bank visits and picking up supplies, grocery shopping for office needs and events, deliver and pick up items from various locations.
- Office Supplies and Maintenance: monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, anticipate needs and place orders as required, assist with basic office maintenance tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office environment (even if volunteer or internship).
Compensation
- Hourly pay, commensurate with experience.
- Mileage Reimbursement: all work-related mileage will be reimbursed at the current IRS standard mileage rate.

Schedule
Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
