Position Overview: We are seeking dependable, process-oriented individuals focused on team success to join our network as Installer/Applicators. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while adhering to client requests, safety protocols, and timing requirements associated with their operations. This balance ensures both your autonomy and the satisfaction of our clients. No prior experience is necessary; we offer a comprehensive and enjoyable training program that will teach you how simple our sprayer-less, roller-applied Liquid Liner Surface Refinishing Technology makes the process. Our proven, step-by-step method ensures a perfect outcome every time using our patented technology, which is not available anywhere else. In this role, you will apply our Liquid Liner product to bathtubs and other surfaces using a specialized backpack and roller system. This position offers the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge product in a growing industry, with a focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply Liquid Liner to bathtubs, tiles, sinks, and countertops using our specialized backpack and roller system.
• Ensure high-quality finishes that meet company standards and client expectations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Dependable and process-oriented with a focus on results.
• No prior experience necessary; training process provided.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to drive up to 60 minutes to various job sites as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
