Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Success Profile


The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible and accountable for shaping the financial strategy, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring sustainable growth. This role aligns financial initiatives our culture, mission, values, and goals. The CFO collaborates closely with executive leadership and other departments to support strategic decision-making and guide the organization’s financial direction. The CFO plays a key role in supporting our purpose by driving financial transparency, strategic planning, and operational excellence through accountability, integrity, and data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute long-term financial strategies in alignment with the Vision Traction Organizer (VTO).
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support the organization’s growth and profitability goals.
  • Drive financial accountability through KPI tracking and regular financial reporting to executive leadership.
  • Manage financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining strong internal controls.
  • Direct investor relations and capital structure planning, including fundraising and managing external partnerships.
  • Lead the finance department, setting standards for performance, accountability, and alignment with company values.
  • Ensure alignment across departments on financial goals and objectives, providing strategic financial insights.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements within finance.
  • Foster a high-performance finance team, providing mentorship and development for future leaders.
  • Deliver KPI outcomes that align with company-wide financial targets and Rocks (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

  • Ensures that others are informed of financial status, deadlines, and strategic priorities.

Salary : $140,000 - $165,000
