We are looking for a knowledgeable and flexible Project Manager to join our Technical Customer Support team.
This role is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Working within a fluid and adaptable environment, you will be responsible for overseeing key projects that enhance our customer support operations. Your expertise in project management foundations will drive successful project outcomes and continuous improvement in our service delivery.
This is a permanent, full-time, remote, direct hire position with a pay range of $80K to $85K annually.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage stakeholder expectations and success criteria for the overall project
- Develop, maintain, and monitor the Project Plan
- Communicate project information, including; status reporting, meeting actions, change requests, risk reports, issue logs, schedule and budget performance charts, etc.
- Manage all aspects of project delivery including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating project duration and cost, managing project budget, creating detailed project plans and managing project change life-cycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive resources through delivery of objectives
- Manage team to complete systems analysis, solutioning, design, building, testing, implementation, and post implementation activities
- Coordinate resources and timetables across departments
- Manage project requirements and risks to ensure goals are met
- Managed budget and timeline constraints
- Collaborate on department efforts / project so to provide drive standardized project management methodologies
Requirements:
- 5 years proven project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of certifications and/or experience.
- Strong technical aptitude to assess and communicate technical risks or challenges effectively.
- Excellent presentation, collaboration, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- Creative and flexible problem-solver, capable of leveraging solutions for positive outcomes.
- Solid understanding of company and business issues.
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities
- Proven expertise in core project management functions, including multi-resource management, work breakdown, and managing project issues, risks, dependencies, and schedules
- Clear and concise communication skills in both oral and written formats
