Healthcare recruiters build relationships with healthcare professionals and connect them with facilities that need staff. Through calls, texts, emails and more, you’ll be sourcing travel healthcare professionals across the country. What you’ll do:
- Search. Every day you’ll be looking for the best and the brightest in healthcare. Find and recruit candidates that match to positions at healthcare facilities nationwide.
- Manage. You’ll be facilitating the hiring process, which includes screening qualified candidates, securing proper documentation, negotiating pay packages, coordinating interviews with healthcare facilities and on-boarding new candidates.
- Grow. You’ll be building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration.
- Sell. Talk about LiquidAgents Healthcare with potential candidates and promote jobs through a variety of outreach communication (phone calls, text messages, email, etc.)
- Communicate. Send and reply to emails and text messages in a timely manner. You’ll be the single point of contact and build relationships with healthcare professionals on assignment.
- Advise. Make recommendations and provide insight to help healthcare professionals’ long-term careers.
- Resolve. Resolve any issues that come up and manage weekly communication and timesheets.
- Provide. The best, most exceptional customer service by putting healthcare professionals’ needs first and foremost!

- Bachelor’s Degree. Is preferred but not necessary. Associate degree or equivalent work experience will also be considered.
