LiquidAgents Healthcare, a full-service staffing firm, is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our innovative team. Your primary role is to provide a broad range of communication and marketing support to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and ensuring engagement across social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok and potentially other platforms
- Crisis planning and reputation management: Work with CEO and senior leadership team to proactively create a crisis social media plan anticipating real-world events and appropriate social media responses. Actively monitor social media channels for plan activation in response to negative public feedback, internal/employee issues, natural disasters, and sudden business/economic changes.
- Work proactively to manage the brand’s reputation on all social media channels and ensure integrity of messaging, brand compliance and protection the company’s name, trademarks, and registrations.
- Manage brand and leadership reputation with carefully crafted posts and responses.
- Create a distinct brand presence: Obtain familiarization with competitive brands in the market to determine a differentiating strategy that elevates the brand and creates optimal visibility
- Reach core audiences with engaging and unique messaging that aligns with brand strategy and corporate communications while reaching new audiences with engaging content.
- Position the company as a thought leader in the industry with a distinctive social media presence. Use social media to highlight the company’s unique value proposition.
- Ensure all posted social assets are aligned with the company's brand identity
- Create designs for corporate website, social media, email and print
- Collaborate to raise brand awareness and reach targeted audiences through paid advertising and organic content
- Navigate social media marketing intelligently and successfully
- Plan, promote and coordinate company-wide events
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to create and manage integrated marketing strategies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 4 years of Marketing experience
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred
- Experience in engaging communities via social media with metrics to support strategies (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills, with a proven record of managing multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
