Compensation is determined by various factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal and external equity and organizational needs.
The starting pay for this position is $21 hourly. The posted starting pay reflects our national average range for the job. We may ultimately pay more or less than the published starting pay based on the factors mentioned above. This starting pay may be modified in the future.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Vehicle Operations Manager in managing 6 personnel with the receiving and processing of vehicles and heavy equipment assets for auctiAssist the Vehicle Operations Manager in managing 6 personnel with the receiving and processing of vehicles and heavy equipment assets for auction.
- Clearly communicate priorities to the staff in a brief daily morning meeting
- Verifying that received assets are assigned to the correct consignors
- Mechanical skills are necessary to be a success in this position
- Released paid for assets, vehicles and equipment to the correct buyers
- Set the vehicle area up for customer preview and auction.
- Complete condition reports
- Keep the department organized and clean
- Take ownership of inventory management
- Adhere to all processes and prepare staff accordingly
- Ensure all consignments are entered timely and accurately
- Manage photography process of product for use on our website
- Actively participate in Safety Program
- Other duties as assigned
Education/ Experience:
- Associates Degree highly desired
- Minimum 2 years experience as a manager or team lead
- Demonstrated experience managing performance
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
- Ability to work well in a team environment is required
- Familiar with Microsoft excel, inventory management systems
- Trustworthy, honest, customer-centric individual with the desire to work hard to support common goals
- Superior attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and customer communication skills
- Must possess excellent organizational skills; detail-orientated with strong follow through skills
- Computer skills – internet use/Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
- Ability to pass criminal background, drug and reference checks
- Demonstrate a high degree of awareness to safety, accuracy and productivity
- Ability to work well in a team environment is required
- Available to work any shift
- Must be able to work in the typical outdoor Arizona climate, which will be very hot in the summer months.
