Compensation is determined by various factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal and external equity and organizational needs. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
The salary range for this position is $19.60 to $23.50 Hourly. The posted range reflects our national average range for the job. We may ultimately pay more or less than the published range based on the factors mentioned above. This range may be modified in the future.

The Front Office Clerk/Admin is responsible for handling customer inquiries, incoming phone calls/emails, problem-solving customer issues, vehicle title processing and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – You will be expected to answer questions about our assets and services, facility information (hours, location, drop-off days, etc.), and resolve basic customer concerns and complaints
- Assist the Title Department with processing vehicle titles, sold notices, etc.
- Clerical Duties – The front desk is your area of responsibility and will consist of various clerical and administrative tasks. These include, but are not limited to:
- Filing paperwork and titles, preparing paperwork and files for upcoming auctions, scanning archived records, preparing mail, assisting with auction audits, and preparing correspondence and other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- 2 years office experience preferred
- 1 years Title experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Excellent Time management & organizational skills
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer skill
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible, adapt, and do what it takes to execute initiatives
- Work hours are typically 7:30am to 4:00pm. Monday – Friday.
