Warehouse Specialist

Job Description

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for all inbound and outbound customer shipments. Some successful candidates may operate manual and/or power material handling equipment if they are trained and certified.

Responsibilities

• Receive/Lot/Stow/Pick/Pack all inbound and outbound customer shipments, including customer pick up, UPS freight and other freight shipments
• Photography of product for use on our website
• Actively participate in Safety Program, Green Belt and Kaizen activities
• Other warehouse duties as assigned
  
  

Education/Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Warehouse experience required
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Employee should be familiar with and capable of operating standard office equipment (photocopier, facsimile machine, personal computer, adding machine, stapler, 3-hole punch, etc.) and warehouse equipment (manual pallet jack, dock leveler, scale, etc.); some lifting (up to 50 pounds) may be required

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands

• The employee must be able to work in a typical warehouse environment where there may be uneven floor surfaces.
  
  

Compensation is determined by various factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal and external equity and organizational needs.

The salary range for this position is $17.00 hourly. The posted range reflects our national average range for the job. We may ultimately pay more or less than the published range based on the factors mentioned above. This range may be modified in the future.
