LiquidPiston, Inc. is seeking a visionary leader to drive the development of machine learning solutions that accelerate the growth of our business. As a Director of Machine Learning, you will be responsible for building out data and machine learning capabilities to support the design, testing, and optimization of our rotary internal combustion engines.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in scientific computing/data science using numerical methods, statistical analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Matlab.
- Experience with setting up and maintaining IT and data systems, including Kubernetes, ZFS, Docker, and engineering software license management.
