- Be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and stand for most of their shift
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be prepared to work nights and weekends

Currently we are looking for a Beer Department Manager to join our growing team. Beer Department Manager should:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Beer Department including driving sales, execution of sales programs, pull list, store walks, shelf review, vintage/class issues, and product ordering
- Train and execute pricing and signage strategies
- Utilize strong product knowledge and displays a passion for learning more
- Actively participates in the coaching, training, education and development of the team
- Effectively communicate and provide direction to the team
- Assist Manager with delegation and follow up
- Utilize solid sales and presentation skills to maximize customer service
- Assist Manager with the manager on duty responsibilities
- Motivate and coach team to succeed at accomplishing goals and daily objectives
- Will be responsible for opening and closing the store as a key carrier
- Run beer tastings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.55 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Work Location: In person
Salary : $22 - $23
