Position Overview :

This position will work at the Brown Jug Northern Lights / Spenard store (262) at 1203 W. Northern Lights Boulevard in Anchorage.

Brown Jug is a premium retailer of wine, beer, and spirits. We offer a great place to work, with a friendly atmosphere and energetic work environment. We provide our customers with convenience, selection, and top-notch service! The Supervisor will provide support to management of a multimillion-dollar business unit, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, understand customer needs, instill a customer mindset within the store, participate in stocking and merchandising of store, and ensure store is stocked and ready to serve our customers.

• Customer service driven, friendly, and willing to talk to all customers
• Promote a work culture that makes your store an inviting place to work
• Be a role model who supports and inspires fellow team members
• In absence of management, delegate tasks to team members and set priorities
• Communicate in a clear and concise manner to team, participate in huddles / meetings, relay pertinent information
• Provide guidance to team members while supporting management initiatives
