ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet everyone that enters the building or calls that facility.
Facilitate screening of all visitors, assisting with the sign in process, and guiding them to the appropriate location.
Answer all phone calls pleasantly and direct each call to the appropriate party, taking detailed messages when required.
Distribute employment applications, volunteer packets, community service packets as requested.
Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
Perform nightly lockup procedures which includes securing doors used during the day and turning the coffee pot off in the break room.
Type or prepare documentation requested from certain administrative staff.
Send emails to staff/management for call offs.
Distribute keys for vehicles and maintain sign in/out log agency vehicles.
Daily pickup of keys for drop box.
Spreadsheet data entry for Maintenance and IT work orders and similar tasks.
Assist in completing special projects on a as needed basis.
Assist with fundraising details.
Maintain forms in Administration Building.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
