Key Responsibilities

Inspire and Lead Learning :

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field (required).

Valid Arkansas teaching license or the ability to obtain one promptly (required).

Experience and Skills :

Teaching experience in an early childhood or elementary classroom (preferred but not required—new teachers welcome!).

Strong understanding of early literacy and numeracy instruction.
