As an Optical Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will assist with selecting eyewear, fitting glasses and contacts, answering customer inquiries, and providing product knowledge. You will also help with front desk, maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring all merchandise is displayed properly
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers with eyewear selections, providing personalized recommendations.
· Help customers choose frames, assist with finding lenses that best fit their needs and take required measurements.
· Assist with contact lens fittings and provide instructions for proper care.
· Maintain knowledge of the latest optical products and trends.
· Process sales transactions, file claim and handle customer payments.
· Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
· Answer customer questions about eyewear, lens options, and insurance benefits.
· Answer incoming phone calls and schedule visits.
· Support the team with inventory management and restocking of products.
· Uphold excellent customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
· Weekday, Saturday's and some evening hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
