We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Respond to incoming calls and assist members with inquiries or issues.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage call flow and documentation.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of member interactions in our database.
- Greet members entering the branch and direct them to the appropriate area.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance member support processes.
- Perform clerical tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Manage time effectively to meet call volume demands while maintaining quality service.
Experience
- Proficiency in Symitar Core Processing Platform is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar customer support role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with office environments and clerical duties is beneficial.
- Strong time management skills are essential for handling multiple inquiries efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.24 - $25.86 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
