Duties

• Answering phones
• Responding to and following up on inquiries from potential renters
• Following specific, prescriptive policies and procedures detailed in writing, perform background checks, income verification, and other application information verification to qualify or disqualify prospective renters
• Preparing leasing and renewal documents using property standards and regulations
• Tracking the collection of rent payments, security deposits and other fees
• Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements and upcoming property maintenance
• Tracking maintenance requests
• Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and remain in compliance with all potential and current renter interactions
• Additional tasks as assigned

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
