This is a remote position.
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will work directly with clients to define project scope, timeline, and pricing. Your responsibilities will include documenting and managing customer SLAs, handling the change order process, and identifying as well as hiring the necessary resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing delivery resources throughout the installation process, maintaining profit margins on all projects, providing clients with accurate project billing and deliverables, scheduling technicians, issuing purchase orders, and managing nationwide service and installations.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience in a related industry.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for critical thinking.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Windows 10 , Microsoft Office, and Google Docs.
