Your Mission
- Examine and interpret intricate blueprints and part dimensions.
- Set up and manage tools to align with explicit standards.
- Uphold quality norms across all production phases.
- Navigate micrometers, calipers, and similar instrumentation with confidence.
- Ensure product quality using visual inspection techniques.
- Comprehend and implement work directions effectively.
- Achieve quality assurance through effective use of statistical methodologies.
- Adjust and configure both Hydromat and CNC tools and offsets.
- Conduct comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules.
- Incorporate LEAP/5S and HSE protocols seamlessly into everyday tasks.
Essential Credentials
- Experience operating Hydromat or CNC machinery.
- Mechanical ability and understanding of CNC programming language.
