Case Assembler for an Immigration Law Firm

Position Purpose

We are growing and we are looking for incredible people to join the team: The Case Assembler will be providing support to our legal team while working remotely. For this role, a strong internet connection is required, along with experience in using communication tools like Teams.

Work Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 2 pm -11 pm EST and Saturdays 10 am-7 pm EST.

Payrate: $6.20/hr.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

- Assemble all documents to create packets to submit to immigration.
- Make any updates to packets as needed after attorney review.
- Review returned cases to provide information to the paralegal team about
rejections from USCIS.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Computer Skills (DropBox, Microsoft Office).
