Position Overview
The Creative Assistant will enhance the firm's brand and creative design services by developing captivating and visually appealing graphic designs across channels and platforms. This position demands a strong passion for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to collaborate effectively to transform ideas into reality. This individual will contribute fresh creative concepts and ensure projects are completed on schedule. Additionally, the candidate should have strong creative thinking skills and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Produce multimedia design work that includes logos, banners, social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, website, brand systems, editing short- and long-form videos, illustrations, print creative, and animated visual/graphics that reflect the Firm’s brand standards

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas to inform creative strategies

Plans and illustrates concepts by designing rough layouts of art, media, and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics for various media channels

Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform creative ideas

Review content and designs for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment prior to sending for approval

Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure creative projects align with the firm’s goals and brand guidelines

Prepare all design assets for handoff to appropriate teams
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

Possesses excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal

Proven success in utilization of design software (Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and Canva)

Good time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple projects

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage several projects concurrently

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Minimum Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish English) B2- C1

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite

1-2 years experience in a creative environment, such as design, marketing, or media production preferred

Highschool diploma or equivalent experience required
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Time
Pay
- $6/hour USD.
