The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for identifying opportunities within our case inventory and supporting processes that ensure our legal operations remain accurate and efficient. This role is crucial for optimizing our inventory management, enabling us to provide the highest quality service to our clients. Through collaboration and innovation, this role will help streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity within the firm.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
1. Monitor and manage dwell dashboards daily to ensure timely action on all cases.
2. Maintain a proactive approach to keep all dwell cases out of inactivity.
3. Collaborate with various departments to communicate case statuses and expedite workflows. Identify and propose improvements to current processes for smoother inventory management.
4. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback to improve processes and services. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
5. Document and track progress on case movement and workflow enhancements.
6. Prepare regular reports on inventory control metrics and case statuses for management review.
7. Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and strategize solutions for improving efficiency.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
1. Possess excellent bilingual (English & Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Provide friendly and empathetic customer service to clients.
3. Proficient in using online software, email systems, and other relevant tools.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Solve problems and find creative solutions to address client issues effectively.
6. Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-C1.
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
3. High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
4. Solutions oriented
5. Proficient in analyzing metrics to provide feedback and look for points of improvement.
