Position Purpose
The Inventory Control Team Lead oversees a team of Inventory and Control Coordinators, who are responsible for supporting and identifying ways to make our case load more efficient. This individual will assist the Inventory Control and Planning Manager in building a team that identifies opportunities within case inventory and develops processes to ensure our legal operations remain accurate, providing the best possible service to our clients.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Accountable for overseeing the Inventory Control Coordinators by providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high performance

Oversee and ensure appropriate training and development is being provided to team members

Facilitate team meetings and 1:1’s to review questions and any process updates

Collaborate closely with leadership and cross functional teams to facilitate inventory control operations

Review case stages, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and implementing inventory control procedures

Define, measure, analyze, improve, and control processes to ensure cases remain visible and stay on track

Partner with leaders across the firm to identify inventory needs

Use data to analyze and identify inventory needs

Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by management

Create a culture of inventory accuracy to enhance the client experience
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

Possesses excellent English interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft business applications and various reporting software

Possess a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment

Deep understanding of inventory control practices and terminology

Minimum Qualifications

Native English level speaker and writer

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Previous leadership experience preferred.
