Position Purpose
The Court Paralegal will work closely with operations, attorney and paralegal teams to review and prioritize incoming mail, process court-related filings, and ensure timely submission to the U.S. Immigration Courts across the country. This position requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to working collaboratively with multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of court filing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in immigration court filings. This role offers the opportunity to teach and drive process creation and improvement. This candidate must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing; prefer bilingual in Spanish.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Process immigration court-related non- electronic filings to U.S. Immigration Courts across the country.

Print all court filings and complete shipping via USPS, courier or overnight delivery services in accordance with the Immigration Court Practice Manual.

Review, analyze and process a high-volume of incoming mail from U.S. Immigration Courts and log in case management system any court hearing dates, scheduling order deadlines, or follow-up tasksets.

Follow standard operating procedures to complete inbound and outbound non-electronic immigration court filing processes.

Help develop and implement efficient workflows for court-related non-electronic filings, ensuring compliance with legal standards and deadlines.

Monitor and review non- electronic filings to U.S. Immigration Courts to ensure they meet quality standards and are submitted accurately and on time.

Minimum Qualifications

Highschool diploma or equivalent experience

Must have 5 years of court filing experience, with at least 3 years in immigration court filing/removal defense

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including Dropbox, Sharepoint or CRM
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Time onsite in our Dublin office
