Position Overview
The Phone Operator position is one of the first ways we can provide Red Carpet treatment to all our clients. Phone operators are responsible for answering incoming calls or texts from our clients and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team to answer their questions or address concerns. This role involves providing clear communication with clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all callers.
Schedule available: Time zone-EST.
Mon-Fri 12:00PM - 9:00PM
Mon–Fri 1:00PM–10PM
Sa-Wed 2:00PM - 10:00PM
Pay rate: $5/hr
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Answering all inbound calls /text messages promptly and courteously, determining the nature of the call and directing it to the appropriate department to team member

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and conduct when handling client information

Provide clients with Red Carpet customer service

Document calls with messages to the team members ensuring that all information is communicated and handled promptly

Handle multiple calls and requests simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely responses

When applicable, create a task in case management system to be directed to other department(s) if they aren’t available at that given time to ensure resolution to client’s request

Minimum Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish English) – B1-B2

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
