POSITION DETAILS
OTR drivers averaged .79 cents per mile in 2023
Top earners make $100,000 annually
Weekly pay averages between $1,450 - $2,000
Drivers typically work 5 - 7 days with 2 days off at home
Receive a paid 34-hour reset when done on the road, including a paid hotel room
BENEFITS
Additional Pay : $30 for loading, $30 for unloading, $20 / hr for breakdown, $20 / hr for detention, and $75 for layovers
Quarterly Safety Bonus up to 7%
Driver Referral Bonus of $2,750 with no limit on referrals
