LIT Boutique is looking for an experienced retail associate with a passion for styling and assisting customers. Join our team as a Keyholder in Boston's North End. In this position you will have the opportunity to continue to develop your customer service, merchandising, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Open/close store depending on shift time
Welcome and style customers
Hit KPI and sales goals through customer service
Assist with merchandising tasks such as table displays and mannequins
Assist in social media and content production during slow periods
Maintain clean and organized store
Qualifications
Be obsessed with fashion
Love working with people
Customer service/Retail background
Interest in styling and aesthetics
Positive attitude
30 hours, weekend availability is a must.
