Job Description

Greeters will be the face of the company, you’ll be the first one customers interact with first hand. Your main goal is to be Lit! When the customer walks in you are to ensure that every customer get a sample of the Lit experience they deserve. Just think, without the customers we wouldn’t be able to do any of this. We crave their ideas when others don’t. At Lit we value family and loyalty and we want each person that comes to know that as well. Think of how you would be with a best friend or a cousin that you haven’t seen in a long time but really missed. Treat each customer like you would treat your close family loved ones and friends. This position requires you to come as you are or whoever you choose to be for the day! But you can’t be the same person more than twice in a row switch it up and be creative!

Responsibilities

• Handout advertisements such as business card brochures samples fragrance samples etc as soon as you greet the customers
• Dress like a product that we offer that didn’t make it to the display
• Build a relationship with the customer and ensure that they can trust you make them feel loved and cared for by engaging
• Restock advertisements
• Help restock displays
• Help customers have a fun experience
• Play appropriate music with no ads (optional)
• Bring own props costumes makeup etc
• Keep areas clean and free from dust dirt debris etc.
• Try to convince customers to agree you’re an item they’re returning and deserve to be put back on the display customers get a free gift if they’re convinced employees get rewards such as no work days PTO time gift card etc.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
