Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the assembly and fabrication of candles wax melts wax figures and adult noveltied ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work effectively with hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment to fabricate and assemble components.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the work station
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise during production.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge, with experience in operating machinery in a manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of waxes fragrances wicks or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.
- Ability to fabricate components as per specifications.
- Excellent extreme attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
