Qualifications and Skills

Ideal Candidates would possess the following qualifications:

• 3 years of previous Management experience
• A Friendly, Positive attitude
• Deliver the full dining experience to our guests
• Serv-Safe Certified
• Possess a Louisiana Alcoholic Beverage Bar Card
• Ability to manage a P&L to attain the company’s financial goals and objectives
• Ability to achieve financial goals and execute daily operations at a high level.
• Strong “People Management” and communication skills used to manage and motivate a diverse employee group on a daily basis with a team effort orientation
• Ability to ensure highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the entire restaurant
• Basic knowledge of how to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to train, develop, and lead a team to achieve our and their future goals
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized restaurant.
• Must be flexible in work schedule and hours based on operational needs

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food service and hospitality management.
• Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment and enhancing staff performance.
• Manage inventory control and food preparation processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Handle cash management and POS systems, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Implement health and safety regulations, including ServSafe standards, to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
• Communicate effectively with team members and upper management to streamline operations and address any issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
