Our Philadelphia office is growing and actively seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 4 to 6 years paralegal ligation experience interested in growing their career among our team of staff and attorneys, who value and foster open and honest communication, and act with integrity and professionalism.

OPPORTUNITY | Paralegal
Litchfield Cavo has 23 offices nationwide, and is expanding. Our Philadelphia office seeks a well-rounded, highly-motivated, experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our practicing litigation defense attorneys. Experience in insurance defense is a plus, but experience with billing and discovery is a must. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle a variety of law office responsibilities, including a variety of aspects of the litigation process, with a forward-thinking firm, in an expanding office.
SKILLS and ABILITIES
The following are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability to the candidate must possess or demonstrate to succeed under the direction of the associate(s) and / or partner(s) :
- knowledge of filing requirements at state and federal courts in Pennsylvania;
Knowledge of the filing requirements at state courts in New Jersey is not required, but is a plus;
The firm provides an experienced support staff, current technology, ongoing training, and full-time IT and marketing departments.
