Job Summary:
- Provide food and beverage service to club members and guests
Job Tasks/Duties:
- Prepare dining areas and service stations prior to each meal period, ensuring all supplies are stocked and presentation standards are met.
- Greet members and guests warmly, providing immediate and attentive service upon arrival.
- Present menus and offer informed, courteous recommendations on food and wine selections.
- Accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system in a timely manner.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
- Check in with guests throughout the dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
- Confirm member name and account number to ensure accurate billing and proper member recognition.
- Keep dining areas and service stations clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout service.
- Promptly clear, clean, and reset tables to club standards.
- Complete assigned side work and closing duties as directed by management.
- Adhere to all local and state laws regarding alcohol service, as well as club policies on the responsible serving of alcoholic beverages.
The schedule may inlcude:
- Wed, Friday, Saturday: Lunch and Dinner
- Sunday: Brunch and early Dinner
- Occasional Events on weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
