Key Responsibilities:
• Provide visionary leadership to support inclusive practices and ensure compliance with federal and state special education laws.
• Collaborate with principals, teachers, and support staff to develop effective programs and services that meet diverse student needs.
• Oversee Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ensure appropriate services, accommodations, and interventions.
• Lead and mentor special education teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and student-centered decision-making.
