Job Description

As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Location Manager in daily operations. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory, coordinating shipments, managing warehouse staff, pulling orders, receiving and putting up stock and ensuring that safety and efficiency standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and leadership experience in a warehouse setting. This individual must also have the capacity to move into the warehouse managers role should the need arise.

Key Responsibilities

· Process all inbound freight

· Assemble Outbound Orders / Load Trucks / Conduct Quality control

· Conduct Warehouse Inventory

· Update CRM / Workload Schedule

· Standard Warehouse Cleanliness / Organization Duties

· Operate Forklift / Pallet Jacks

· Assist With On-Site Deliveries As Needed

· Assist With Documentation / Records Management

Requirements:

· High School Degree Or Equivalent

· Valid Driver’s License With Clean Record

· Able To Pass Drug Test/Background Check

· Physical Ability To Lift Up To 50 Pounds Or More

· Reliable Method Of Transportation

· Consistent Schedule

Preferred Experience:

· Personnel Management

· CRM / Inventory Software

· Fleet Management

· Warehouse Experience

· Quality Assurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 per year
